All our rates are for 2 Guests per room and are shown in Thai Baht (THB).
Online booking is for a minimum stay of 3 nights and can't be booked less then 6 days from today.

Room Capacity and Guest Number Count
Maximum room capacity is 4 Guests.
We charge 150 baht / night for Additional Guests over 2 sharing a room.
Children 5 years and under who don't need extra bedding are free but the maximum total per room is still 4 Guests. Toddlers 18 months or younger do not count in the Guest totals and are free.
We provide minimal additional floor bedding (Thai style) for the extra Guests.

Basic Terms & Conditions
Deposits
If we request a 50% deposit it must be paid through PayPal in EUR.Full details are available on our Rates page. Once you have a confirmed reservation from our online system we will contact you with payment details and hold your room for 72 hours pending receipt of your deposit paymant.
Payment of the balance is due in Thai Baht on check-in.
Credit Cards
We regret we cannot accept credit cards but you can make your payment online through PayPal when you arrive, subject to a 5.5% handling charge.
You can also settle your bill at FH through PayPal on the same terms.
Cancellations and Refunds
We are a small family run business where late cancellations mean others have usually been turned away so deposits are non refundable if you cancel less then one month before arrival.
If you have travel isurance for your holiday you are normally covered for loss of deposits.
If you are requesting a refund within 59 days of making your payment and the request is made more than one month before the booked arrival date and you paid your deposit by PayPal, we will simply refund your PayPal payment in full at no cost.
OTHERWISE
Refunds are subject to a 17.5% processing cost, normally take about 7 days to process and are made to your PayPal account in Euros at the exchange rate applied at the time you booked.
No pets or drugs please.
No self catering or appliances in the rooms. |
